In addition to being a center of excellence in Kolhapur, we are also a postgraduate teaching institute for neurosurgery. We have been accredited by the National Board of Examination, Delhi since 2008 with one of our students receiving the prestigious President Gold Medal for standing first in the country.

The Heritage Building

It’s a 110-bed hospital that has been providing neurological services to people from all strata of society at the most affordable costs. Here at WIINS, affordability does not mean compromising on technology and facilities. While being affordable, we also house the best-in-class tech to help our patients heal faster and live the healthy lives that they deserve. This is made possible with the administration of the Chief minister’s relief fund scheme for the poor and needy patients, and is also recognized by the Govt. of Maharashtra for all government and semi-government employees.

When it comes to technology, we are rising above the ordinary, Today, we are the first hospital in Maharashtra and the first private hospital in India to house the German-engineered 3D 4K Exoscope and other state-of-the-art tools to support our extremely skilled neurosurgeons in Kolhapur - these include but are not limited to the Neuronavigation device and the Intraoperative Nerve Monitoring system. We also have a tumor-melting device called the CUSA, which melts brain and spine tumors without causing any harm to the surrounding healthy parts of the brain or the spine.
