Do's And Don'ts While Bursting Crackers
In Case Of Burn Injuries:
- Immediately place the affected area under cool (not cold) running water for 10-15 minutes to reduce pain and prevent further skin damage.
- If blisters form, avoid popping them, as this increases the risk of infection.
- Carefully remove any jewelry, watches, or tight clothing near the burned area before swelling occurs, but do not remove anything that is stuck to the burn.
- Cover the burn with a clean, dry, non-stick cloth or bandage to protect it from infection. Avoid using fluffy or rough materials that may stick to the burn.
- Seek medical attention immediately by visiting the nearest hospital.
