Responsibilities
  • A pleasant personality who loves to accept challenges to ensure smooth functioning of the hospital by creating an effective and efficient nursing plan.
  • Deploy manpower and other resources to fit various roles who take care of patient safety, infection control, hazardous waste and stores.
  • To create a nursing department which excels in clinical services in OPDs, OTs, diagnostics and wards thereby achieving best outcomes in clinical standards which eventually leads to bright and happy faces of the patients and the entire staff.
  • To build a team by whom quality guidelines & processes are adhered without enforcement and discipline is a way of life at the center.
