The annual family income should not exceed Rs. 1.60 lakhs.
Government employees and patients with medical insurance are not eligible for this scheme.
This scheme is available only for holders of saffron and yellow color ration cards.
The scheme applies to patients in general wards only

Relevant disease report
For accident cases, a medical-legal case (MLC) report is required.
Approval from the Zonal Transplant Coordination Centre (ZTCC) or Government Committee is required for organ transplant cases.

It is suggested to save this ID for future reference.
The benefits of the Chief Minister's Relief Fund are available only during the patient's admission and not after discharge from the hospital. It is advised to complete all procedures while the patient is still admitted.
